Date Time Not Appearing in Menu Core

I have the timzone file in /fat/LINUX/ which I have generated several times with the script and also manually, but the date and time still does not appear. Of course It's conected a network and internet. I only get the date and time launching the TRC script (I have not this addon) but when I restart I have to run it again if I want to see this info...

Re: "Define joystick buttons" too sensitive for combos?

1) Use "Define joystick buttons" in main menu (not a specific core menu) 2) Map various individual buttons, no problem 3) Try to map <DOWN> + <SELECT> combo to MENU On some controllers it is very difficult to map the combo -> the UI is way too sensitive and it appears to map one controller key to MENU and immediately maps the other key t...

Re: Request ZX Uno port to MiSTer

This ZX Spectrum core of the ZX-UNO would be a great contribution to the MiSTer project and perhaps we would obtain at the same time as this, a valuable SRAM driver that can be used for other future cores and not so future as ZX Next. I have no doubt about Jotego's ability to carry out this project.

Re: Where's the Speccy love?

It sounds like this because it really is not an easy task, it is not a simple port, it is necessary to solve the SRAM problem before. It is what I have heard from a couple of developers, but who knows ... maybe someone will come and solve this problem quickly.

Re: Where's the Speccy love?

Spectrum Next uses SRAM and MiSTer DDR and SDRAM,
I am afraid that if a driver is not developed (very difficult) it is not going to be possible that we will see a clone in our FPGA.

Runs pretty much flawlessly, and rather than seeing ESXDOS on it, I'd rather see a Spectrum Next core become a reality.

Fingers crossed this will become a reality soon.
WoW, that if that would be a good substitute. Is there news about this development?

Re: Where's the Speccy love?

I think you are wrong, ESXDOS opens many possibilities to Spectrum, because among other things, there are a multitude of disk images with this operating system as the basis for abundant software. It would not be necessary to have direct access to any SD, the necessary driver could be developed just as it has been done with the hard disk images of o...

Re: Where's the Speccy love?

The core of the Spectrum is not bad, but it has a great fault, which is to be able to run ESXDOS that will open a wide range of possibilities to our beloved 8-bit system. Only this new feature would bring it very close to ZX-UNO (if not exceed it).
