Old Genesis core displays the interlaced signal correctly. New MegaDrive core is displaying wrong signal but the last nightly release from yesterday seems to solve the issue. SNES and PSX are OK, otherwhise Saturn and N64 doesn't display interlaced video yet.

The bios ur refering as JP is in fact the Aleck64 bios. The home jap and us bios are literally the same <[BIOS] Nintendo 64 - PIF (Japan, USA)>
vampier may want to change US for US/JP in that table to avoid future confusion.
That message u see is the res of the HDMI output.
I think the issue is Mister writes data to microsd when you open the mister menu. if you hard or soft reset mister w/o opening the menu, data wont be saved.
I'd use the original one. You cant install Mr Fusion in a card with less than 2GB space.
It looks nice if you want a isp display with internal scaler.
