You can all laugh at me but I'm actually really happy with it as it is. I'm not into PlayStation, I'll probably give it a try, maybe one or two games maximum, same with Saturn. I'd love an N64 core but I realize it's so unlikely to happen. I only need SNES, Gameboy, Genesis, NeoGeo, PC Engine, Amiga, Spectrum a few arcade cores and that's me happy ...

I haven't tried it yet myself but I'm excited to give it a go. I don't really know what to expect though. Could do with some before and after shots. Is it just certain effects that "tricked" CRTs, that just don't show up on correctly modern displays?

I wouldn't risk it. Many devices do carry over voltage protection in the shape of a voltage regulator, and some even contain diode brides which protects against reverse polarity but I don't know if the DE10 nano contains this protection. You could make your own as a little "extra layer of safety" project though
