Re: Famicom/NES Joycons Lockup Input When Paired
Same here, after pairing the Famicom Switch Online controller, MiSTer switches off or freezes my keyboard. It would be awesome using those controllers for authenticy within the NES/Famicom core.

Re: CGC Round 9 core: Mattel Electronics Intellivision
How did you map the Ultimate PC Interface on MiSTer? I can use one controller, but when playing UTOPIA, some of the direction keys are mapped doubled.

Re: Philips Videopac+ G7400
I hope this core for the G7400 will soon get released on MiSTer FPGA as well! Especiallly those 2 + games, Helicopter Rescue and Trans-American Rally, were very different from the other Videopac games, because they were 16KB.

Re: Bandai RX-78 Core Released!
Thanks for the core!
The RX-78 is a lovely machine.
On my CRT the picture is slightly squeezed and positioned to the right. I tried the following settings and the display looks correct:
[RX78]
vga_scaler=1
video_mode=640,6,56,66,224,14,8,18,12000

Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64
Ok, but didn't you just say that "Disks for the Dragon are called .VDK but somehow they can be loaded when choosing from disk menu in this core"? That's why I tried to rename the extension, because otherwise they don't show up. -> Sorry that I meant for machine "CoCo2". Also, what happens when you start the core, and go to Machi...

Re: Coco 2 + Mantra Alice + Dragon 32/64
@akeley:
You can't just rename VDK to DSK, because Dragon disks are differently coded.
I have never been able to run any Dragon 32 disk game because I always only get a green screen without text when switching from CoCo2 to Dragon 32.
I was just wondering how you guys do that but find out that disk support doesn't work yet for Dragon.

Disks for the Dragon are called .VDK but somehow they can be loaded when choosing from disk menu in this core. You can find them here: https://archive.worldofdragon.org/browse/?dir=downloads/CoCoSDC/SDCARD/DRAGON32 The thing is I only get a green screen when switching from CoCo2 to Dragon 32 or 64, which means maybe that it's because it needs the b...

In Disk mode, I'm getting IO ERROR when typing DIR. A .DSK file is inserted. I also tried after a reset, same issue.

On the latest Coco2 core: When I switch to Dragon32 I only get a green screen. Do I need a specific boot.rom to switch to Dragon 32?

Re: Wishlist of Cores You Would Like to See in the Future
I wish to see an EXELVISION EXL 100 core in future. The EXL 100 is a computer released in 1984 by the French brand Exelvision, based on the TMS 7020 microprocessor from Texas Instruments. More infos here:

Re: PC98 Core
Did somebody get the english-patched version of 46 Okunen Monogatari - The Shinkaron (E.V.O. - The Theory of Evolution) to work?
I converted the .hdm-files to .d88 with Virtual Floppy Image Converter and the game boots but after ENIX PRESENTS there is s black screen. I also checked it unpachted, same issue.

Re: Thomson MO5/MO6
It actually runs already pretty fine. I played YETI just today, needed to type LOADM several times then succeeded getting the game finally running by typing EXEC. Sometimes you need to rewind the tape and try again. As already posted I would love to run this core with a CRT monitor, which I hope you will add that feature in a future update anyways....

Re: Thomson MO5/MO6
Seems to run fine, but to get into BASIC you need to set keyboard to AZERTY first, otherwise nothing happens when setting keyboard to QWERTY. It's very clever having the speed mode on when loading from tape (WAV). I would love to get this core running soon on my CRT monitor. (MZ7000), but the recent core gives a rolling out of sync display when usi...

Re: Bandai RX-78 Core Released!
Does somebody know how to get "Sekigahara" running? It's only listed here: https://www.gamingalexandria.com/wp/2021/02/bandai-rx-78-gundam-computer-games-preserved/ After loading the BIN I don't get a small beep and pressing space, S and G won't do anything. Re: PC88 Core
I haven't used the PC88 core for a long time and recently I wanted to test the first "Dragon Slayer" game which was only released on the PC88. I use the core PC8801_20200717.rbf. Somehow on my HDMI screen it's not showing the full part of the display, it's like the screen isn't aligned properly and the part of the bottom is cut off. I mad...

Re: Does anyone have the Mega-Cart for the VIC-20 working?
Wicked that it loads only Tooth Invaders but not the menu itself. I hope we will get the option sooner or later. It's so much easier selecting all the games from the MegaCart menu. I always have troubles loading the games directly. Besides pushing Ctrl + F11 each time, sometimes I need to switch from NTSC to PAL to get the game actually working.

Re: Intellivision Core (INTV)
I think since the global volume has changed somehow the audio signal of the Intellivision core is too loud. That wasn't the case before.
Maybe it's only hearable when using a crt, through analog audio?

Re: Intellivision Core (INTV)
But I'm sure that wasn't before. I tested an older version and it's also distorted and choppy. Must be because of a massive MiSTer update that the sound got distorted. This also happened with the VIDEOPAC core, which was recently updated. The voice there is distorted too.
