I have multiplied the speed of uart_clk by 4, now it is possible to change the script to work up to 460.8Kbps :-) Attached binary. Pretty big difference. I am building up a FreeDOS version of the hdd.img and adding MyMenu and some shareware games to it so people have something easy to share and test with.
