Did you try to move the DIP switches a few times and making sure they are in the right position when you are done? I had a similar problem, I wiggled each switch 4 times to be sure they were back to where they are supposed to be and everything went back to normal. Don't forget to do it with power off. I am currently having this same issue. Dip switches are in proper configuration, and I tried cycling them all a few times and no luck. Sometimes I have to cycle the in-line power switch 10-15 times before it will boot, but when it does finally boot it works flawlessly.
