Hi, I have a problem with Wheel of Fortune for the Sega CD. The game will start and the FMV intro will begin to play but a minute or so in, it locks up. I've burned this ISO to a physical disc and it does work properly in my model 1 Sega CD. Is this a known issue? It's not super important but thought I would report it.

I've experienced this random clicking/popping with Sonic CD. My ISO images are all on an external USB drive. Would that possibly have an effect?

Not sure about the other things but 286 pixels probably includes the overscan area. In Workbench you can actually increase your workspace to take full advantage of that extra bit of resolution.
