For those with 15khz monitors, I finally got ao486 working perfectly on my PVM with this line (suggested earlier in the thread): video_mode=640,6,56,66,224,14,8,18,1200 It looks absolutely perfect, like it's the proper native resolution (320x200). I also changed the setting to use the native aspect ratio so that the screen isn't stretched slightly ...
