Thank you all for the help. Not sure why the .ini wasn't created, I just renamed the example one and all good now, will try that script as well to see how the files compare.

Not on my card, that's what I am trying to say, there's no mister.ini file; there is one named MiSTer_example.ini but not the file that I need.

Thanks...but not sure if you read what I asked. I don't have a MiSTer.ini file anywhere that I can find.

Thanks. One question about the readme, they give some settings to put into the mister.ini file...but I can't seem to find that. The only thing that comes close is MiSTer_example.ini. Is this file automatically created at some point or should I not be missing this file?

Was hoping for some help connecting a Bluetooth 8bitdo SN30 Pro controller. It works fine when connected with USB. I can get it to connect with BT through the OSD, the screen goes through searching, pairing, connecting, and done, I can feel the rumble on the controller, the light shows it's connected. I did see that file, it's 60 GB but the torrent is actually around 187 GB. There's a 128 GB file and a 60 GB file with a similar name but it's .7z, is that smaller file just the zipped version of the full file? Hi all, not sure if this has been asked/answered. I want to use the VHD files that flynnsbit created for DOS games (I already have the Top 300 one), but they are separated by year, for example, 1991-2000 are 10 separate files. Is there any (relatively) easy way to merge or combine these?

Yup, just figured that out. I had originally had both .vhd files in a VHD subfolder but was having some issues with the .ini file so I moved just the update file to the root of the games folder, didn't realize I had to move the DOS98 .vhd as well to the same directory to run the patch.

I am using pretty much default settings, the VHD was tested and works, it's in the root of the games/AO486 folder. I left the .ini as is, the base path set to BASE_PATH=/media/fat.
