Hmm, the docs mention that some keys are not mappable. This might be what you have with that remote.

“Some multimedia keys generate several key codes - these keys cannot be remapped.”

It looks like some of the mra that I received with update_all.sh point to cores that have not been ported. I'm not sure if this is expected or not but just in case it's not here is the list. Interesting, I don't have access to anything scart ATM but I would think the setup would be the same if you can find the right adapter.

I've been using a MikeS1s custom cores to go from Composite to RF using a zenith RF Modulator VR1001RFMDS. I haven't had any issues.

Yes that's correct. Most everything else is default.

I'm not too sure, maybe someone who has a better understanding of modelines can help out. I was using that line for another core and it seems to work with this Arcadia one. Not a great solution but you could add this to the end of your Mister.ini as a stop gap.
