Got a v2.9 RAM module from Villena and I can confirm the core works with Villena builds AND v2.9 RAM module

In my case, it always says the drive door is open and it doesn't load anything

No, that's a bad thing. Fragmenting the user base is stupid. Everybody should have the same setup, that simplifies everything for everyone. I'm just curious about how the MiSTer products from Villena are fragmenting the user base. I can tell every core officially supported by the MiSTer project is working on his devices. So... Where is the fragmen...

I have a two chip 128 MB RAM design with Villena's MiSTer Slim and I'm having a lot of issues loading games. Doing several resets doesn't fix the problem. Right now I'm just waiting for the core to be more stable because I think it's just a matter of time for the core to start working properly.

Received the same mail from mouser and ordered mine from terasic last night. Shipping is another whopping 56€ and Customs are probably there, too. The things you do for love..
