I'm using the Meanwell power supply that has an IEC C14 socket. I bought a C13 to C14 cord with built-in switch that I could add before the power supply. The one I bought from Amazon doesn't seem to exist anymore, but here's a similar one: https://www.amazon.com/Eonvic-Power-Cor ... B01HGNN30M.

Re: Mtools and MS-DOS 3.3x
I don't know if this is a factor, but DOS 3.x and earlier have a maximum partition size of 32 MB. To use larger partitions requires a third-party tool, like Ontrack Disk Manager.
If you want to go back to DOS 2.x, there are other format changes involved as well.

Sometimes, I get into a state when only alternating keypresses are recognized. More commonly, I get a 101 POST error after rebooting. I've tried this both with and without the XT-IDE bios enabled, and I get the same result. I...

The installation from CD-ROM ISOs seemed to go well. The system boots from the VHD, FDCONFIG.SYS and FDAUTO.BAT load, and CD-ROM access works. Base commands all seem to work, but many of the additional ...
