Hey Thanks! This worked for my K480 too. I switched to a new bluetooth dongle and while it would give me the prompt for the pin with the old dongle it wasn't with my newer one

I have a Pi Zero 2 W and have been looking at using it for a MT32 Lite, are there US based sellers who have a kit available?

Re: SCUMMVM
I feel like I am overlooking something very simple. How do I define a custom location for the games folder? I have ScummVM installed at the default location on /media/fat but I have my games on my NAS located at /media/fat/games/ScummVM. edit: nm, I was trying to configure prior to launching the first time, I see where that's set now. Although it's...

Re: Sega Saturn Core in Development
I’m guessing it’s some debug code or hooks for something in the future. Or the Mister framework has some hooks in it looking for a bios and that’s a default naming for it? It’s to be ignored for now though.

Does this still require a one-off new Main or has all that been rolled into the current release?

If I understand shapeshifter correctly, with the new support for Akiko should that be seeing some benefits as well?

Re: ShapeShifter (68k Mac emulation on Minimig)
I tried going down this rabbit hole last year and spent a solid month trying to get something working but it looks like you got much further than I did. I was also never an Amiga user so it was a lot of fumbling around in the dark (although I was also trying to build up my own image from scratch so that was probably mistake #1). I was finally succe...

So does the MacPlus core support color and other boot.rom files as well now? Is it emulating a 68020 CPU now? Where can I find more info on the updates?

They actually finished making the ASCII star wars movie? I remember seeing it a LONG LONG time ago and just figured after seeing years of little to no progress that it was abandoned

Re: Idea for helping "angry" Sorgelig
I think expanding on the wiki would be a great start. The ao486 project for example has a few tools that has limited documentation but has been discussed a few times in the forums. Searching the forums is only so useful since you never know and I always have these questions: well did this change during the beta tests? Is there one post in this thre...

ShapeShifter Support?
I have been plugging away recently at getting Shapeshifter working with Minimig. I have gotten pretty far, I have a drive booting into 7.5.5 and with the more recent RTG support being added in it's actually performing pretty reasonable. A little background on me. I've never used an Amiga before so this has been a bit of a learning process for me in...

Re: Sponsoring RTG support
I really wanted to try this with ShapeShifter (Mac/Mac II emulator) and I'm not disappointed. I put together a 10 minute video showing the following: THIS right here is what got me interested in trying out Minimig initially, or at least the potential of this. However, I have been pretty disappointed in performance so far. I'm sure a lot of that is...

Thanks for testing it out! At the very least that helps confirm that the support isn't there yet. I was hoping I was just overlooking some setting

Atari 2600 Star Raiders Support?
Maybe I missed it, but is Star Raiders not supported just yet? It required a special keypad to play and I didn't see anything specifically called out or any way to map it to a keyboard. I had it as a small child but the overlay for the keypad was gone and I had zero instructions so I had no idea what the hell I was doing. Now with the wonders of th...

Thanks, so finding a windows utility will probably help me out then. I think my issue is that if I go to hit up but instead get it juuust enough to hit up/left it will just register as left.

Joystick utilities
Are there any utilities that help visualize button presses/stick movement or customize dead zones in a fight stick? I am using a Qanba Drone for most of the arcade games and I feel like I am getting a lot of false positives by not getting the stick juuuust right in some directions. Would be useful to just see what the mister is registering to get a...

Re: 2 players game on 1 screen?!
What would be interesting is if you could have the second controller mimic the data sent over the link cable, you just have one GBA being processed for both players.
There would be some obvious limitations, it would only work if both units would be looking at the same screen which would be the case for the fighting games mentioned.

Re: Open Forum Links in New Tab?
You would be pretty hard pressed to find any decent modern page (I would say forum but those are a dying breed unfortunately) that doesn't open external links in an external window (which really nowadays just means it's a new tab). I'm sure there are always a few who have an issue with that. It's very unexpected when you find a page that doesn't op...

How so? The forums are https, one of the examples they use for when it's ok is specifically when using a secure connection.pacoarcade wrote: ↑Mon Jun 08, 2020 9:18 am Please, no. It's bad for usability: https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/G200.html

Re: Pre-Feature Request: Split MRAs into folders
I agree with Sorg here, there is a lot of history with arcade cabinets that I would think a small minority would be familiar enough with, in turn that would make it difficult to be easily browsable for us more "average joe" types. I do think it would be interesting to learn the history of certain boards and grouping them together, but for...
