I had no end of problems with this but in the end I swapped out the cable for a Lindy one and managed to get it working with a tinkered .ini

I'm not using the monitor anymore but I think I have the ini somewhere. I'll have a look for you and you can try it.

Just got hold of this monitor today after reading through the post. Thanks for all the information that has help me make an informed choice. Also double check that the video_mode is correct.

Had dvi_mode=1 set and changed resolution to the native resolution of the monitor but no good. I've got a new cable to try out today.

Do you mind linking your hdmi to dvi cable? I picked up an Amazon basics one and I'm getting nothing from my 1908.

It may be the dvi port that is at fault but it's easier for me to check another cable that to lug to monitor to my pc.

I'd like to give my thanks to Nat also. Ordered up all the bits I needed to create my MiSTer and everything is tippy top! I very much appreciated the extra bit of tech support when I failed to check that a switch was set correctly d'oh!
