You’d guess correct. That was the driver referenced in Sorg’s screenshot preview.

Re: Breakthrough for the ao486 core announced - Cache
I haven’t been able to test out the latest builds, so I’m not sure but is there/will there be support for multiple configurations (like Minimig’s startup and other configurations)?

Re: Floppy drive sounds
Haha, it's pretty much the same thing, but for some, floppy drive sounds are intrinsic to the retro computing experience (especially on the Amiga).

Re: Show Us Your MiSTers
Here's my current work-at-home quarantine MiSTer setup: IMG_0366.jpg To paraphrase Sorg, as a strong follower of Leopold von Sacher-Masoch, I've connected the MiSTer to my coaxial-only 13" Zenith TV using a HDMI to Composite cable + Composite to RF Modulator setup. I've been able to have some of the cores work with Direct Video, but ultimately...

Re: Most Compatible BIOS files for MegaCD Core?
There’s a region free BIOS floating around the Internet. Makes dealing with Sega CD games a bit easier.

Re: FM Towns Core
I would imagine a working FM Towns core would have big implications for projects like ao486. Or vice versa — perhaps it could provide a starting point for an FM Towns core (the launch model had a 386SX @ 16mhz or something like that).
It would be a nice core to have after the X68000 and PC-88 cores become more mature.

Re: Just wanted to say awesome work srg320 and Sorgelig!
Thanks for making this my favourite core of the bunch. I've only had experience with HuCard games, so it's been great exploring the CD library. Hoping to get a SNAC and TG-16/PC Engine adapter to connect my TG-16 controller directly. SNAC has limitations due to the fact that original PC Engine controller timings are tighter than the current open-c...
