the Zapper does not work for me, but a 3rd party Tommo Zapper copy does work with my OLED tv, I used the patched NES roms that allow it to work on flat panel displays
works well

Re: 9.7" iPad Retina Screen Perfect for MiSTer, $60 Fully Assembled 😄
I bought both the twin HDMI version and the VGA one, The screens in these look to be recycled as there was tape residue and stickers half pulled off inside, that will be why they are so cheap :) picture quality is great though on both. I've noticed that 50hz does not work on the VGA model but fine on the twin HDMI one. I have the Antonio case for m...

SFC NTT Datapad DaemonBite Question
HI All, just got myself an NTT Datapad and modded it for use with MiSTer using the DaemonBite software. Every button is working except for the Communication End button (recessed above C) should this button work? end.PNG Would be great to use that as the Menu button on the controller. Tried in PC too, and it shows many buttons but that one single bu...

Re: MT32pi with PRBOOM or Scumm VM?
Thanks for the reply, I have been using them with an SC55 and Roland UM one, but I just like how the MT32pi can mix the sound internally and feed it back to the HDMI.
Will the Network option have that feature too?

MT32pi with PRBOOM or Scumm VM?
just got an MT32pi, is there a way to use it with the Linux side for PRBoom or Scumm VM for the midi out? Ideally looking to get the midi sound mixed back into the MiSTer so that all sound comes out of the HDMI output

LCD's can be fussy with refresh rates, if you can set the core to 60Hz it will most likely work fine on the LCD

Re: Brook Wireless Fighting Board (PS4 mode)
Not sure where to find the chipset info, my PC doesn't load drivers for it as my motherboard has BT built in.
as for holding down 2P, When I hold P2 and plug in the USB cable it just does nothing and goes into Charging mode on the stick.
If I unplug and then press the home button it connects as Player 1 via BT.

Re: Brook Wireless Fighting Board (PS4 mode)
I have just converted a fight stick to wireless with the Brook wireless fighting board, and this is working fine for me on MiSTer with BT wireless. I'm using this USB BT Dongle https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08BHPQNJP/ Just a generic one by the looks of it I paired the Stick using the PC input mode (held back and pressed the Home button) the ...

Re: X68000 Beta - Updates and Releases
I have an SC55 but seeing as there's no easy way to get the sound from it back into the Mister and out of the HDMI, I gave Fsynth a go. it works well but the soundfonts I tried are not as nice sounding as the real thing. is there an accurate Sound Font or a recommended one to use?

I've been using an Edimax wifi dongle with my MiSTer for around 8 months it's been working fine, but after a recent update it's no longer connecting, I have tried to use the wifi script to reconnect it and it shows the following Failed to bring up wlan0 for a second, and then it lists all the wifi ssid's it can see I proceed to enter the details, a...

I've had a similar issue to this since the first day I got my DE10. Sometimes I just have to power it off and on again and it all boots up fine.
hope this isnt a sign that mines about to die too!
do you get any output from the HDMI when you power it up?

Build a Mr Spinner
I'm trying to build a Mr Spinner using one Atari paddle. I've built it like Sorgelig's example with the rotary encoder and this works great, but the encoder shaft is not long enough to fit in the Atari housing and its just too wide for the knob to fit on too. So is it possible to use the original Atari Pot? Ive tried connecting the first 2 legs fro...

Atari 2600 paddles on C64 via DB9 / SNAC
Is it possible to connect up the Atari 2600 paddles to the DB9 port on Antonio's case or via SNAC?
Would like to use them with Arkanoid on c64 or Arcade core or with the 2600 core
they do something in Arkanoid arcade core when a button is held down the bat moves in one direction but no analogue control.
