Does AmigaVision show the same issue? No, when I ESC to Workbench in AmigaVision the WB fits the screen fine. The settings there are MiSTer config is set to PAL, and the Amiga Prefs/ScreenMode are set to NTSC: High Res. For anyone reading this later, I've solved this for now by switching ScreenMode from PAL to Mister 640x480x16. This seems to be the only setting that has the screen elements fit the screen without going over and without becoming too small.

My Atari ST core is working less and less frequently. I have my settings and TOS file in place, and the core usually launches. For my latest attempt I made a copy of the Workbench 3.X from the Systems Playlist in Amiga Forever. I then edited this new copy and removed the DHO built in disk named System and made my WB3X disk hd0 with boot priority 0. It boots up, and there's no System disk on the workbench.
