Re: Release DE10 Nano Overclock Kernel BETA
And yet people will raise issues becasue its not perfect. Pretty much certain it will be reported as MT32 doesnt work and then subsequently will it be found to be on an overclocked arm and not a MT32Pi It appears I'm alone in disliking this change but I see 0 compelling reasons for it to be present as anything but a user replaceable kernal image. ...

Re: Question for CIFS/NAS Users
I have: _Arcade, _Computer, _Console, _Other, _Utility, docs, font, games right now but I haven't given a lot of thought to what would be best so this is not advice. The ones I link to the NAS are BIOS, Cheats, cores, docs, games, saves, and savestates. It's important *not* to put the config dir out there, because the main Mister binary will launch...

Re: Installing OS3.9 on minimig-aga
Unfortunately I don't have that ISO to test with. I pulled "3.X" out of Amiga Forever (their version of 3.9) now that I look at my files so I don't have any experience with the ISO method of installation. It was 3.2 that came with ADFs.

Re: Is Swapping LED Assignment on I/O Board Possible?
Are there some cores with all three LEDs in use where they are are correct? I'm surprised some are correct and others are not. I understand you prefer not to have to do anything physically to the connectors, but if you change your mind you might want to take a look at threads like https://misterfpga.org/viewtopic.php?p=57261 and https://misterfpga....

I'll take a look at this if someone else doesn't reply. Do you mean the Amiga Forever DVDs or a standalone release of 3.9?
Have you tried booting a working 3.9 .hdf from WinUAE on MiSTer? Can you install with the 3.9 .adf images?

Re: Next Generation FPGA Hardware's Potential for Existing MiSTer Cores?
From what I've gathered over the last few months, it sounds like the switch to the MiSTer board (away from MiST) was to get access to the high-speed HDMI scaler the Nano offers. Any next generation board would need a scaler at least as good, or it might end up being a pain in the butt like the MiST was, with multiple output methods and having to m...

Thank you! Strangely my wifi is still not working with this version. Bluetooth does work fine (strange considering it's a combo adapter.) I have this adapter: https://misteraddons.com/collections/parts/products/wifi-bt-usb-adapter?variant=39654352060549 Anyone else run into this? Hmm I'm not sure. Re: DNS Not Working Most of the Time
Troubleshooting If you are having trouble with staying reliably connected to your WiFi, try separating the SSID's for your 2.4GHz and your 5GHz connections on your Router's firmware configuration. This should help solve the problem. If not, it is possible there is something wrong with your WiFi adapter, or it is not fully supported by the current ...

Re: Next Generation FPGA Hardware's Potential for Existing MiSTer Cores?
I was looking at an SDR with a 301K LE Cyclone V and thinking wouldn't it be nice to have that chip for MiSTer. The SDR board is $850 though, which is actually a pretty fair price for it I think.

Re: Plugged in Wrong Power Source on Accident…Need Help
Well, I tried plugging in my controller into the top I/O board USB port still not getting any inputs. It's not "the top I/O board" it's "the I/O board" as there is only one in a MiSTer. That's not a USB port on the I/O board it's the SNAC port. The bottom board is "the USB hub". It is unlikely that your analog I/O boa...

I believe MiSTer will use the DHCP timezone if your router/DHCP server have that set which may help other devices on your network as well.

Re: Plugged in Wrong Power Source on Accident…Need Help
Would the top and bottom IO boards be burned out? Here's my understanding. The I/O board (top board) is powered off the DE10's power which should have been reduced to the proper 5V by the DE10's voltage regulator. The USB hub (bottom board) is powered directly (presumably from a Y-splitter or daisy chained) and would not have been capable of survi...

Re: Any Issues With Micro SD Card Extenders / Extension in Checkmate A1500 Mini Case?
Great work, nice fit, thanks for your work.
I'll be moving more slowly than you on trying it out. Biggest hurdle is that the case is under my main 32" monitor and entrenched in wires, kind of a pain to move it (hence the need to have extenders). Also need to obtain appropriate filament. I'll take a look at the file in blender though.

I generally use Blender. It can read STL files (or other standard file types). I can wait until you have tested it and published the design, no problem.

Re: MIDI on Macintosh Plus for Music
If we could somehow develop a Macintosh LC Core for Mister (Given the fact we have 68020 implementation), and somehow combine it with RaSCSI to act as a SCSI bridge (If this is possible)(critical for sampler management). This would for me put Mister at "god tier" status for vintage music production. I maintain a Quadra 700, G4 MDD, Class...

Thanks for doing this! I believe the mini has a single one of the same drive bay cover. I got the extra CD cover out of the box and it looks identical in proportions to what you have there, and considering the cost of injection molded plastic parts I would be very surprised if it weren't the same dimensions as on the full size case - or even a stan...

You should use a powered hub, it may have some other kind of power socket though or even a USB connector for power. It may work for you with an unpowered hub depending on what you connect to it but I would not recommend it.
