Released!!!
I know that it doesn't load the Adam cartridges, and there is some spurious keypress thing the first time. Otherwise it is fairly complete.

Re: New MiSTer Help Function Not Working
Hi guys, I'm trying out the new Help menu to open md files but I get an error that says: /media/fat/linux/glow: No such file or directory. Do you know if there is a way to install glow to have this working? I've ran update and update_all scripts already but I have the same results, also I've some filters enabled for update_all but I'm not sure it ...

Re: MiSTer Google Slides PDF Project
I looked at the changes that were made to the sheets. Lots of great ideas. However, I just regret the lack of harmonization between all of them. My favorite style remains the one for Amstrad CPC6128: image of the computer, keyboard and pictures (2 pictures). it keeps as much essential information as possible on the first page: commands, keyboard, r...

Re: MiSTer Google Slides PDF Project
Brilliant idea, but not sure why you are calling them "Cheat" sheets ? Load "*" Run How is that a cheat ? It's a command. I decided to change them to "Overview" instead of "Cheat" -- see the ones I actually released. But a cheat sheet for VIM or some tech is usually just a quick summary of commands on a piec...

Re: New MiSTer Help Function Not Working
The help feature uses the Framebuffer mode in linux. So you need to make sure you have framebuffer displayed on HDMI or somehow working on the CRT. I have two monitors hooked up, and it keeps the CoCo3 running on the VGA, while the PDF is on the HDMI. Ok, so do you confirm it can't work on CRT analogue only? I haven't tried to get Framebuffer work...

MiSTer Google Slides PDF Project
Now that the help menu has shipped, I am requesting some help on the PDFs that should accompany each computer and console core. Christophe, and some others have done the initial steps, but I would love some more help. Re: Perfecting Vectrex Overlays
I probably have an off by one issue when I made the FPGA code. Do you think we can correct it with the PNG? Or should I try to go into the core and fix it? I need to look at the code again. Thanks for the quick reply. It's probably possible, chopping off a strip of pixels on the right side and pasting them to the other side, but that would add a l...

Re: BBC Micro and secondary SD card
...aaaaaand once again following up to my own question: just tried with another, smaller (2GB) card that I formated FAT (not FAT32), copied the BEEB.MMB file over and it works. So I suppose my question would be, is the issue with the FAT32 aspect or the card size aspect? The original card was 16GB. You can just put the beeb.mmb as boot.vhd on the ...

Re: Mac Plus update
On a slightly different tangent, does anyone know if it's possible to get networking going? Might be interesting to set up an Appletalk server on my network using something like RetroNAS. The Wiki doesn't mention networking at all, so I'm assuming it's still too early for that. The Mac Plus serial works, tested using ZTerm, and the PPP works with ...

Re: 8Bitdo SN30 pro USB wired Controller Analog Sticks not working
You probably exited the joystick setup too early. You need to go past the mouse and keep going. It will ask about the analog sticks a second time.

Re: Mac Plus update
Confirmed: floppy broken. Something else is broken: at some point I was unable to boot from vhd. I tried everything but no go. I used a previous version of the core and had no problem booting from the same vhd. The floppy seems to work well now -- once I installed the boot roms correctly. I had it in SE mode without the boot rom, and I couldn't ge...

Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores
How did we forget Centipede!? I remember trying to do that right at the beginning but it uses NVRAM and the original author hadn't implemented it, and I was clueless :D Given I have a working simulation of it now, and understand so much more than I did a year ago, it should be doable so I'll put it on the to-do list. Check the MiST version too and...
