Re: Spectravideo SV-328

I think I fixed the Cassette problem and some timing issues. The video seemed to work for me on VGA.

I think I broke the core when I upgraded sys and released it. I will try to fix it and I will check the video.

Re: Vector games how to get better image

I think battlezone looks better. I am not sure why it looks so low resolution. Of course it is a bit low resolution.

Battlezone has a different rendering engine.

Re: Macintosh Plus Setup

I keep working on the uart but I am not making good progress. I think I need to get an emulation and verilator setup to figure out which bits I am not setting correctly.

I am not seeing any of the data written from zterm when I type letters.

Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores

Worked on making sure that my "Favorite" arcade games that support high score saving all have the right .mra and updated .rbfs today.. By my count over 70% of the games I care about all have High Score saving working, right now.. That is crazy.. Thanks to everyone that is working on this stuff.. Makes this old man happy and is a great 54...

Re: Macintosh Plus Setup

Can anyone share a ~224MB bootable image for 6.0.8? Really, just something in a happy medium between 20MB and 2GB would be useful, as the former is somewhat too small, the latter probably too big, and I haven't been able to generate a hardfile of anything in between yet that the MiSTer core will accept yet. Either that, or if anyone could help exp...

Re: Preserving Arcade Core High Scores

I went and grabbed the .rbf from github and installed it.. I know I am using the correct one as the game now has pause that you can map and works!! But it did not save my high score even though I made sure after my game was over I went into the menu and hit Save Settings ( a few times ) before I booted another game, then went back into Pengo.. Kin...

Do you have a "boot.rom" file in the games folder? You need to grab a boot rom.

I think we fixed Antonio’s adapter so it separates the two players automatically. If you have a new enough kernel. It should show up as two joysticks.

vampsthevampyre wrote: Thu Feb 25, 2021 8:49 pm Sorry to be a bit on the dumb side but how do you configure the analogue joysticks properly
In the menu when you first configure your joystick - you have to get past the mouse settings, etc and it will ask for the analog stick a second time. The first time it is just recognizing that you have one, not calibrating it.
