MiSTer No Orange Light

Unread post by nc_man »

I am brand new to Mister and I just purchased a new Ultimate Mister FPGA, flashed the microsd card using these instructions: https://mister-devel.github.io/MkDocs_M ... -mr-fusion

Once I inserted the microSD card, I got a blue screen via HDMI. However, it never went past the blue screen. I had it sitting there for 10 minutes and the blue screen never went away. So I re-flashed the SD card this time making sure it was formatted as exFat, now my mister won't display and there isn't an orange light. I tried reseating the SD card a few times and the PSU.

Thank you in advance!

you sure you are using the SD card slot on the DE10 and not the secondary IO slot on the IOBoard. The real one on the DE10 is a pain to get to, its on the bottom of the De10. The secondary on the IO board wont work as a boot device.

This fixed it! Sure enough I was plugged it into the top SD card slot, moved it to the correct one and it instantly worked. Thank you @FPGA64
