Broken Graphics in the Neo Geo Core

When loading any given game it plays at a proper speed and with normal audio and text, but all other graphics are broken.
Has anyone else encountered this and is there any recommended fix or configuration?
I'm using the Darksoft rom set decrypted and converted to .neo files.
I did load up these games before converting them and got similar results.

Do you have a 128mb RAM module?
I only have 32mb and that the behaviour I see when running large roms.

I have a 128mb module and the memtest core shows it doesn't have any issues.

Search for "MiSTer Pack Add-on - NEOGEO 2020-05-12". These are already to .neo converted roms. They work fine on Mister. If not then something is indeed wrong. Try a different SD card.

When I copied the bios to the appropriate directory, it looks like I missed a file. Problem solved.
