Best cables for IO board 'VGA' output

I am using the term 'VGA' for common ground simplicity when it comes to the IO board of the Mister when it comes to RGB territory. For CRTs I have Component input, late 90s VGA CRTs as well as Commodore monitors with RGBi inputs. What are the best quality cables available for any or all of these options?
