Are the MiSS-1200/500 Amiga FPGA boards which are MiST clones sold by 8bits45ever compatable with an SD card setup for the MiSTer ?

Most likely not. MiST and MiSTer are different hardware

Btw, am I the only one chuckling at the irony of emulating the emulator on original hardware?
