At the 3:50 mark in the below video, the player enters an area with water, and the water looks like wavy static lines. This happened on my modded Genesis Model 2, and I thought it might be caused by a bad mod-job, but looks like its just part of the game?

Yup, that’s the way it is. No issue here.

This is normal, Demons of Asterborg (homage to Castlevania) have the same effect in one of the levels
