Hi! I was thinking of buying an I-PAC 2 (and to attach to it obviously two joys and one trackball and buttons), is it supported by Mister?

Yes, although my 2005 version needed to be replaced to work without crashing, I am quite happy now with how well it works.
Here is a helpful thread for iPAC

Also made it on the MisterAddons latency charts in case you're wondering about performance:

I retired my IPAC and opted for a DAEMONBITE, you reprogram an ardruino pro mini (they are 10 bucks) and you can get 2 (one for each player).
Mister will want to see each player as its own hardware id, so while you could connect both players to a single IPAC as they (most) function as a keyboard encoder. Mister is more friendly with joysticks IMO.

Latency is also amazing on them.

For the trackballs (spinners), most I have seen already have their own optical encoder in them and they are simply recognized as USB mice.

Here is what I bought for the Daemonbite

Arcade joysticks and daisy chain wire for ground from.
