MiSTer didn't load after update, clean install and now won't update (CRT)

Been using Mister for 2 years.connected to a CRT PVM.never had any issues.
Yesterday I ran the update all script,it wouldn't load.(blank static screen)
So I did a clean install. Now when I try to run the update script,it gives me this error:

Tried these changes in mister.ini but makes no difference.
I'm using IO Board and VGA cable connected to PVM.
What is causing this problem?

My CRT has always displayed that text when doing anything in the terminal. I wouldn’t know what to set other than what is displayed there to get it working, I know when I did try to get it working nicely so I could use ScummVM it never displayed correctly either on my SVGA monitor or on my standard TV that I use now, via a custom Modeline.
Do note though that the update script is actually running.
Maybe you could post your ini?

Had to do the first run of update scripts via HDMI and now it works perfectly on CRT.
I never got this message on CRT previously and I've been using Mister with CRT for nearly 2 years.
The latest update caused many issues.

I had the same issue after updating. The solution suggested was quick and painless. See

It is probably updating in console but as that runs out of the 15khz range you get that error screen. It is actually updating (or should be)

The console runs fine at 15kHz for me.

Had to format the SD and re-install everything from scratch and only this resolved the issue.
(I post this update for future references)
