How are people setting up their Minimig?

Hi I'm trying to use the MegaAGS file but they are much bigger than the file size allowed by my external hard drive formatted as fat32.
How are people getting around this?

Mister can also read/write NTFS and exFAT.

exFAT is your friend. Also what MiSTer uses by default.
