new monitor

Hello just got new crt vga monitor. i plug it in to io board and this is what i get on my monitor. not sure how to fix it thanks.
You need to activate the line doubler. I prefer these settings in the Mister.ini
forced_scandoubler=1 ; set to 1 to run scandoubler on VGA output always (depends on core).
vga_scaler=0 ; set to 1 to connect VGA to scaler output.
