What are the differences from the Genesis version?

It has a bit more detail and some extra people to pick up and a bit better sound, but on mister it has the sound bug all music out the left hand side.

Does anyone know why, I can't get it to work on Openemu or FBNeo on my RG351MP?

I wish they would upload it to itch.io. I guess I shouldn't complain though. At least they're making it available.
