Hello,
can someone with a real amiga confirm, that the scrolling behavior of the game Exile (the one with the jet pack Astronaut) is accurate? In my memory, the scrolling on a real amiga was smooth as silk. On the MiSTer, I see it like the background is not scrolling very smooth, rather it's shifting always some pixels, especially when you are flying fast. E.g. the Turrican scrolling is better.
Again a case of wrong memories from the past?

I tested this last night on the MegaAGM image i use, both in pal and ntsc modes and i found it to smooth just as well as i always rememebred. no screen tarring for example or missing pixels.
I did notice that sprites sometimes appear to ghost a bit, but i think that is more to do with my rubbish old monitor than anything else.
My original memory of playing it was on some junk CRT TV so... not sure i can honestly give a definitive memory of how smooth it was
