I've been lucky enough to get this amazing QD-OLED monitor before it solds out.
Here's my thoughts if you plan to buy one and use the MiSTER with it:

The image quality is stunning, and the color accuracy is spot on comparing with my CRTs.
You can choose a true sRGB color profile and even change the gamma from 1.8 to 2.6.
Sadly though, the 1920x1440 definition is NOT supported which is a real shame for a 1440p monitor...
Still, this monitor is really good with motion blur (0.1ms gtg) witch is perfect for fast games like Sonic.

I'm really happy with it so far, and I hope to find a way to play at 1440p somehow.

I think the HDMI port on the Mister maxes out at 1920x1080. It wouldn't shock me if that never gets better.

As a fellow 1440p owner (albeit on a far cheaper monitor), I share your pain.

doesn't max out at 1080p I'm using an old Ipad screen 2048 x 1536 no issues.

are you able to color match it to your crt example i jump from the neogeo core to the snes i adjust one but then the other the core the color dont match my crt. so i have to use different color presets but even then the colors are off . it seems you need to change the whole color space to fix this i dont have a oled not sure how close you can get on theses type of tvs

Yeah, 1920x1440 is listed on the mister.ini file as a standard definition for the MiSTER now.

mr-box: I don't have any color mismatch between cores. I'm using a RGB SCART connector for my CRTs though.

i find that hard to believe the color doesn't shift when switching to different cores . when trying to color match the 2 lcd screens and my plasma tv that i have to my crt its never 100 percent the same . so iam guessing the colors on a oled is alot closer then i thought to a crt . i really need to buy a oled to confirm this my self
