XU1541 can this device be used with MiSTer?

Just found this USB to IEC adaptor called the XU1541 interface.

Can this be (in some sort) adapted to use it with MiSTer Commodore Core?

Yes this is another model of XU1541. Do you know if there is a way to make it work with C64 Core in Mister?

Unfortunately this will not work with the C64 core.

It is possible to directly interface an IEC device to the core via the user serial port, there's some references in the forums.

That would mean you wouldn´t need the XU1541 device, just a cable to connect the user port to the IEC device.
