Problems with BT Controllers

Hi,
concerning the BT Pairing I have two problems:
- The system freezes after bt pairing my Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. I then have to restart the system. What could be causing that problem?
- After pairing my Nintendo Wii U Pro Controller and mapping the buttons everything works perfectly. But after cold booting the system I need to plug in my keyboard to pair the controller again. Oddly enough it isn't forgotten, it's just removed and paired again. Is that normal? I would like to use my controller directly without always plugging in my keyboard.
