Is the Arcade Organizer Broken?

It seems that the script has some trouble organizing the mras.
Examples:
Sega 16 by platform. There should be 27 mras but SEGA 16A + SEGA 16B has only 14.
by Manufacturer Konami is missing Kicker.
But looking in the classification by alphabetical order they are there.
