I love this game. I originally played Ocean's C64 port when it came out (cartridge, not the crack on disk version). The SID tunes were great. Later I played the original arcade version through MAME.

Anyone who is a fan should check out "Super Obliteration" on the Amiga core too. It's a brilliant Pang! like PD game.

When I ran the update all script only 2 rbfs were downloaded, jtkunio and jtpang, no mra at all.
A visit to jtbin on Github showed:
Block Block, Capcom World, Dokaben, Pang and SuperPang mras for jtpang.
2 Renegade mras for jtkunio. Renegade is in beta so I wonder why the update script downloaded the rbf as I did not enable beta for Jotego cores.
I manually downloaded the mras related to Pang and re-ran the update all script to get the roms.
Starting any mra related to the Pang core produces the annoying popup of the missing key file. This does not prevent running the games but seems to be a frequent occurrence when Jotego first makes a public release after the beta phase.
Regarding the mras not being downloaded, although it never happened to me before, it seems to happen randomly only for a few users and is specific to Jotego cores.

Same here regarding the two .rbf files.
However the .mra files downloaded manually from the link above provided by @Xbytez worked all fine. Indeed there are even more .mra's to have fun with.

I believe Super Pang was already included in previous updates as this update just made Super Pang playable for public and not Patreon only. My update_all did not download Super Pang either but it was in the Arcade menu and I was able to play it.

There seems to be mra file download problem with update_all and Jotego cores. Vigilante also doesn't download the mra file with update_all that was released a few weeks ago.

It happens randomly to only a few users. Almost every time there is a Jotego public release a few users will complain about this problem. So far it did not happen to me until Pang. It is not related to settings as I did not change anything in ages.

This hasnt been released via his main has it? The reason am asking is i had to enable premium cores to get it. which requires the jtbeta file yes i know you need to pay to get the file but it would of been nice of the thread stated that

you dont need the jtbeta to play pang. His releases dont always go to JT stable which wouldnt need the premium cores turned on.

I don't think you do anything wrong:

It will come to you sometime in the future. Try to run update all again and see if it works this time.

Amiga had very good port of this game.

For those having the same issue, even if you are not patron for jortego cores, you still have to enable this option in update_all to get this game installed..
