You can use playstation lightguns as they were used in the OG games via SNAC so this would include Guncon 1 for guncon games and justifier for justifier games or 3rd party controllers for both. Guncon is used in more games and patches for Justifier only games exist to make them work with Guncons. this is the best option if you have a crt and want authenticity.
Guncon 2 works great via USB to emulate lightguns, though I find it's not as accurate as a real OG lightgun working via snac, and tends to miss shots when playing in 2 player mode.
