Is there a way to disable or change the hotkeys for save states?

I accidentally pressed on of the Function keys when I picked up my keyboard, and it loaded a save state from earlier in the evening so I lost a good bit of progress in the game I was playing.
Is there a way to change or disable the hotkeys? I usually just use the menu anyway.
