How to Install the 2X PlayStation Core?

Hello,

I really want to try out the PSX 2x core. I figure for games with low uncapped framerates it can make for a nice diversion on a title by title basis. I always just get my cores via update all and now I never take the SD card out of my mister because that poor little SD card port feels fragile and last time I did, I couldn't get it to boot for a while. Therefore I move all my files via winSCP. Is there some simple way to move a 2X core file to the sd card via winSCP to get the PSX 2x core?

Ideally I wish this stuff could also just come via update_all but alas.

You do get it through update all.

I don't get the question...just copy over the rbf with winscp either into the root folder (where mister.ini is) or where your psx core is (games folder?)

You do get it through update all.

You get the standard PSX core, not the "Turbo" one for patron members
