The full list of all "first party" cores (ie. part of the standard MiSTer distribution) is here: https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Wiki_MiSTer/wiki/Cores
That doesn't include third party cores (the two most notable sources being Jotego's JTCORES, and Coin-Op Collection).
