Is the cheats path of TGFX16-CD correct? I tried other core cheats, they are usually placed in \Cheats\"Console Name"\...
But the cheats(.zip) of TGFX16-CD must be placed in \games\TGFX16-CD\, and the path of cheats(.zip) of TGFX16 is normal...

Cheat engine

Standard cheats location is supported for HuCard games. For CD-ROM game all cheats must be zipped into a single zip file and placed inside game's CD-ROM folder.

This is how it is, and it works fine for me.
