Outrun Not Launching Giving Invalid Format Error

As per title really has anyone got this issue as ive run the UdpateAll script and not had any other problems getting any other games to work but Outrun 'stand up version' in the main Arcade list just keeps giving me an 'Invalid Format' message on the screen when i go to launch it.
