This is a problem related to Windows 95 installation.(Boot disk image not working)

Hi!
To install Windows 95, I mounted the Windows 95 boot disk image to "Floppy A:" and restarted, but "Booting from floppy..." does not proceed any further. Literally, booting does not proceed.
The same thing happens if you replace it with another boot disk image file.
However, if I mount the MS-DOS installation disk image file, it works fine. Why is that?
I mounted the Windows 95 VHD on" IDE 0-0" and the Windows 95 CD image on "IDE 1-0"
