Well I have built it and it works perfectly :) Thank you so much for the help guys and especially to Antonio for Routing the board and putting up with my endless questions.
My soldering isn't the best of course but these things are super tiny!!

Tested with Avenue pad 6, Avenue Pad 3 and everything is working as it should, inc turbo fire and slow motion.

Thank you for the compliments! I can understand why everyone would get these made with the pick an place machine now!
I'm just happy to have my favourite controllers working with PC Engine on MiSTer now :)
